Dr. Sarah Bernhardt
Doctor of Chiropractic
I am passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and helping others reach their wellness goals. A career in healthcare has allowed me to pursue both.
Chiropractic is an integrated hands-on approach to healthcare that can help you improve mobility, restore proper movement, provide pain relief, and help prevent future injuries.

I was born and raised in Ottawa, but have lived in both Nova Scotia and Toronto while attending school.
I grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer. After suffering my fair share of sports related injuries, I understand the importance of taking care of ourselves and having the proper tools to help our bodies heal and strengthen.
I live an active lifestyle and transitioned to long distance running during my time at chiropractic college. I have since completed both half and full marathons in Toronto.
After moving back to Ottawa, I’m excited to be pursuing a career as an advocate for both physical and mental health in my hometown, surrounded by family and friends!
