I have the great pleasure of both living and working in the beautiful village of Manotick. I am married with two wonderful girls, Kathryn and Emma, who are the lights of my life. My husband Greg and I met 14 years ago after a mutual friend became absolutely determined that we should meet. Turns out she was right!

I am a graduate of the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management, Economics and Finance. I spent many years after graduation working in the finance and banking industry in Ottawa before having children.I stayed home with my girls for many years until they were both in school full time. When I made the decision to go back to work I decided that I wanted to try something new. The opportunity to join Manotick Health & Wellness presented itself and I am so very glad it did! I had already had a great deal of experience with naturopathy as my sister-in-law is a naturopathic doctor. My family has benefited from her knowledge for close to 20 years! I am so glad to be part of such a positive team and to know that my work contributes to the pursuit of better living. Never hesitate to ask me questions or make requests. I am here to help!
