Psychotherapy is the process of treating mental health issues using a variety of psychological techniques and modalities. Typically, psychotherapy is a talk-based approach, looking at ways to improve the way an individual thinks, feels, and acts (CBT, ERP, EFT). We like to look at each client through a holistic lens, assessing an individual’s physiological, psychological, and social wellbeing

At the foundation of a child’s life is their family. Parent work deepens the therapy process by connecting the work done in the therapy space back to the home. Together we will work to support your child while also strengthening your relationship with them, encouraging you to more deeply understand their unique experience in the world while working together to navigate challenges you may face alongside them.
