  • You will be guided into deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind will allow you to access thoughts and feelings that you may have suppressed, link patterns of behaviour with clarity, and release yourself from unwanted emotional attachments.

  • In our hypnotherapy sessions, I will maximize our time together and our chances of success by combining a variety of psycho-behavioural modalities like:

    • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

    • Hypnosis

    • Neuro-Linguistic Programming

    • Solutions-Based, Mindful, Intuitive, Developmental and Transformational Coaching

    We will set up our sessions at a time that is convenient, find a quiet, safe, and comfortable setting where you can relax, speak your truth, and comfortably sink into a deeply relaxed state. Most of the time, my clients do not realize they have been hypnotized until I pull them out.

  • We will begin with a free 30-min call where we can meet and determine if we are a good fit.
